The challenge
Engineering teams had the data in spreadsheets and reports. Managers needed to see the whole programme — fields, phases, gains — in the time it takes to walk past a wall.
What I did
I treated each poster like a map: one reading path, a clear hierarchy of numbers, and colour used only to separate what is planned from what is achieved.
Schematics and plans were redrawn from engineering drawings so they could be read by people who don't read engineering drawings.
